Terms and UGC rules
Updated 5 October 2026. Ranksen is an entertainment application. Anyone can play public tournaments without an account. A verified account is required to submit a tournament; access may be disabled for abuse or safety reasons.
What you may submit
Submit only titles, questions, participant details and images that you are allowed to use and let Ranksen host, review, process, display and share. This includes any rights or permissions needed from copyright holders and, where relevant, people shown or named. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, privacy-invading, misleading or spam content, or material that impersonates someone else.
Permission to run your tournament
You keep any rights you have in your content. When you submit it, you give the Ranksen operator a non-exclusive permission to store, copy, resize or convert images, review, display, distribute and make the submitted material playable through Ranksen and its sharing links, and to keep necessary safety and moderation records. This permission is limited to operating and protecting the submitted tournament and does not transfer your ownership. You must have the rights needed to give this permission.
Review, publication and removal
Submit sends an immutable version for human review. It does not publish it. A moderator may approve or reject a version and must explicitly publish an approved version before guests can play it. Publication in the catalogue is a separate decision. Ranksen may hide or remove a tournament or image after a report or review, and may retain limited decision and safety records. There is no guarantee of approval, listing or continued availability. Previously downloaded copies and third-party caches may be outside Ranksen's control.
Rights acknowledgement and reports
The existing Submit checkbox records your own confirmation that you have the right to submit and use the content. It is not an independent rights check, copyright clearance or promise that a moderator has verified ownership. Guests may report published content. Reports are reviewed; submitting a report does not automatically remove material.
How account, content and report data are handled is explained in the Privacy notice. For support, content or rights concerns, email support@ranksen.com. Include the tournament link and enough detail to identify your concern. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
